About Community Day
With the support of our community and friends, ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú provides scholarships, academic and artistic education, and unique programs designed to nurture young citizen artists. Every contribution helps sustain the vital programs that empower our students and bring our mission to life—changing lives through the transformative power of art.
͵ÅÄ͵¿ú is committed to creating meaningful giving opportunities designed to support specific initiatives and institutional needs that enrich and enhance the student learning experience. Donations of all sizes help us get closer to our $500,000 goal. Giving to ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú is always about students.

- IAF Theatre (C02 on Campus Map)
- Students are presented in scenes, ensembles, dances, and solo performances
- Meadows (D03 on Campus Map)
- Featuring Bird Singers and artwork of Native American students
- Parks Exhibition Center (C15 on Campus Map) | Students will be present to speak about their work in the exhibition on display.
- Bruce Ryan Soundstage (C17 on Campus Map) | Students will be present to speak about their projects and the nuances of filmmaking.
- InterArts Hall (C19 on Campus Map) | Learn about creative technology and the STEAM curriculum that inspires citizen artists.
- Musical Theatre in IAF Theatre (C02 on Campus Map) | Excerpt from the upcoming musical, Into The Woods, followed by a Student Talkback.
- Dance Presentation in Lewitzky Dance Studio (C37 on Campus Map) | Student presentations previously presented for American Ballet Theatre repertoire, Grand Prix competitions, and faculty and guest choreographed concerts.
- Improv in Rush Hall (B14 on Campus Map) | Students will share improvisation techniques rooted in the groundbreaking games of Viola Spolin, made famous by the esteemed The Second City, the most influential and prolific comedy empire in the world.

- William M. Lowman Concert Hall (C25 on Campus Map)
- Led by Hollywood Fashion Designer and Project Runway Season 16 Winner, Kentaro Kameyama, IA students present thoughtful, edgy, and contemporary fashions. Weaving together visual elements and music, student designs have been presented professionally, including LA Fashion Week.

Guest Artists: Enriching Opportunities
Our Guest Artists Series brings high-profile professional artists to campus to create meaningful and often life-changing experiences for our students through master classes, lectures, and performances.
͵ÅÄ͵¿ú also provides opportunities for students to participate in professional forums that enrich their artistic studies. Participating in exhibitions and performances such as Melissa Morgan Fine Art Gallery, the Lucy Arnaz Award Competition, the All American High School Film Festival, and the Reno Jazz Festival provide real-world experiences and often lead to professional opportunities for students.
